Jennifer Bledsoe-Nix DVM

With over 20 years as a veterinarian, Dr. Jennifer has built her career around feline health, serving as Medical Director at multiple shelters, including two cat-only facilities. Her dedication to Access to Care led her and her husband, Carl, to open a low-cost mobile clinic for cats in Southern California. Originally from Tennessee, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband and cats, and educating others on feline health issues like FIP diagnosis and treatment and panleukopenia treatments, blending her professional expertise with her personal passions.

Carl Nix RVT

Carl is a former Marine who discovered his passion for cats as an adult. He started his career in veterinary medicine as an assistant helping Dr. Jennifer at a local humane society in Tennessee. Since then, he has progressed from veterinary assistant to practice manager and is now a Registered Veterinary Technician. He has a true passion for cats and loves teaching others about cat-friendly and Fear Free handling of cats. Outside of work, Carl enjoys exercising, spending quality time with his wife and cats, and exploring Southern California.
